Terrible service they don't know the phone I had to turn around from Santa Catarina, for a product that they advertise, I went for it and they told me that they already sold it and the publication was still active until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio empezando por la empleada Sonia, se burla aparentemente por el aspecto de los clientes, en vez de tomarce su trabajo en serio estaba solo en su teléfono. Le pregunte acerca de mi contrato y me respondio muy déspota y burlandose junto con otra empleada del lugar. Se le olvida su lugar aparentemente esta para brindar un buen servicio si no le gusta su trabajo deberia retirarce y no hacer pasar un mal momento a un cliente que nisiquiera tiene la culpa
Terrible service starting with the employee Sonia, she apparently makes fun of the appearance of the clients, instead of taking her job seriously, she was alone on her phone. I asked him about my contract and he answered me very despotic and mocking along with another employee of the place. He forgets his place apparently he is here to provide good service if he does not like his job he should retire and not give a client a bad time who is not even to blame
