Lousy service, I checked to ask for information about my endorsement and the guy who answered me did it in a despotic way and hung up on me. It is not the first time that an employee behaves rude.

Acabo de sacar una cadena q fue de 10k y me regresaron una de 8k, obviamente en cuanto me la dieron la abrí ahí mismo xq se me hacía rara y no se responsabilizaron del problema. Se supone q no aceptan nada menor a 10k y ahora resulta q me regresan eso. Cuando yo se lo q empeñé y el kilataje q era. No me pidieron ningúna disculpa ni mucho menos me regresaron el dinero por el malentendido, siempre se defendieron xq como yo firmé a la hora de empeñar no se hacían responsables. Muy pésimo servicio en éste tipo de situaciones, lloré del coraje y la impotencia por algo valioso sentimentalmente y q ellos como personal del local no pudieron ni darme una disculpa por una fregadera de cadena fea q me regresaron.
They are thieves and irresponsible. I just took out a chain that was 10k and they returned one of 8k, obviously as soon as they gave it to me I opened it right there because it seemed strange to me and they were not responsible for the problem. They are not supposed to accept anything less than 10k and now it turns out that they return that to me. When I knew what I was doing and what the mileage was. They did not ask me for any apology, much less did they return the money for the misunderstanding, they always defended themselves because I signed when they pawned they were not responsible. Very lousy service in this type of situation, I cried with courage and helplessness for something sentimentally valuable and that they as the staff of the premises could not even give me an apology for an ugly chain sink that they returned to me.
