★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El guardia de la puerta me pidió dejar la mochila en la puerta la cual le dije que traía cosas valiosas que no la podía dejar ahí le mostré que era lo que traía y a una si me dijo que la dejara ellos no se hacen responsables por perdidas y no se me hace justo que hagan eso que hizo el guardia se presta a malas intenciones y pues yo le dije que con gusto le enseñaría mi mochila al salir ya que no quería arriesgarme a qué me reciben ahí mismo se puso muy altanero y me saco de la tienda negando me el servicio en lo personal yo no regreso a esa sucursal jamás
The guard at the door asked me to leave the backpack at the door which I told him that I had valuable things that I could not leave there I showed him what I was bringing and one if he told me to leave it they are not responsible for losses and It is not fair to me that they do what the guard did, it lends itself to bad intentions and well I told him that I would gladly show him my backpack when leaving since I did not want to risk being received right there he got very haughty and took me out of the store denying me the service personally I never return to that branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solía tener buena opinión de esta sucursal, pero de unos meses a la fecha valuan muy mal las cosas. Muchos de los empleados no tienen ni idea de los artículos que se les llevan a empeñar. Encima sin groseros y no dan buena atención.
I used to have a good opinion of this branch, but a few months to date they value things very badly. Many of the employees have no idea what items are being pawned. Above without rude and do not give good attention.

Unos audífonos de $900 me ofrecieron $50 ellos vendían unos iguales hace algún tiempo en $350 y en peor estado!!son unos ratas,no los recomiendo!!! Abusan de la gente necesitada.
