Y ya que quise renovar la lic como no llevaba la anterior me pedian documentos que nunca me pidieron al inicio del tramite. Mas de 2 horas perdidas y no resolví nada. Ni renove lic ni placas There was no system. To perform any type of movements. And since I wanted to renew the license as I did not have the previous one, they asked me for documents that they never asked me at the beginning of the process. Se entiende que se deben cumplir protocolos por covid pero eso no está peleado con la buena atención al público. Me tocó la mala suerte de acudir un día con muchos usuarios y la persona que atiende para el ingreso y una empleada que valida firmas se portaran altaneras, supongo que por el descontrol que tenían por la cantidad de gente. Me tocó ver que dejaban a la gente hablando cuando les expresaban sus quejas. También tuve que pagar multas por un error de procesos de los dos años anteriores pues perdieron mis documentos en un convenio ya liquidado por lo que no podía pagar en su momento, aún y cuando acudí puntual los primeros días del año. La respuesta fue que no podían hacer nada y ya, a pagar por sus errores. Si no fuera por la amabilidad de otros empleados (de cajeros y placas), pondría una calificación menor.
