★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper rápido el proceso. El chico de la entrada muy amable e igual adentro. Sinceramente, me sorprendió, ya que por los comentarios pensé que iba a ser muy tardado todo. Pero en 30 minutos ya estaba afuera.
Para los que vayan a reemplacar y tienen duda de qué llevar, se les pide las placas lavadas, la solicitud de trámite y el comprobante de pago.
Super fast the process. The guy at the entrance very friendly and the same inside. Honestly, I was surprised, since from the comments I thought it was going to be very long. But in 30 minutes he was out.
For those who are going to replace and have doubts about what to bring, they are asked for the washed plates, the request for processing and the proof of payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, son super lentos, atienden como quieren y no son claros con los servicios. La vigilante, una señora de cabello pintado amarrillo y la delegada son super groseras e impacientes no parece que te quieran ayudar, parece que te quieren botar y no hacer tu tramite. Ademas la vigilante se desaparece en cuanto comienzan los gritos.
Eso si lo que es el jovencito muy delgadito David y la encargada deo ligar Edith, son personas super pacientes amables y con ganas de trabajar bien, de verdad ellos merecen otro nivel.
Sin embargo la cantidad de personas trabajando es muy poca y no suficiente para el aforo. Menos en estos dias de cambio de placas.
La delegada armo un mega show y se burlaba de las oreguntas, cuando las personas las hacian de muy buena fe y ella se burlaba, solo por tener algun cargo.
Pesimo service, they are super slow, they attend as they want and they are not clear with the services. The caretaker, a lady with yellow hair and the delegate are super rude and impatient, they do not seem to want to help you, they seem to want to throw you out and not do your paperwork. In addition, the guard disappears as soon as the screaming begins.
