★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, si no hubiece insistido en el trámite de extravío de placa vehicular, aun llevando mi preacta y copia de todo lo que me pidieron, tendría que haber viajado de nuevo a la otra ciudad donde se me extravió, y si, tienen como solucionar el problema, pero le dan vueltas y vueltas a los trámites, y lo tratan a uno como ignorante, o como si uno debería ya de saber los trámites que tengo que hacer, no te orientan, en vez de darme una fácil solución, solo te ofrecen más problemas.
Very bad service, if I had not insisted on the process of losing the license plate, even taking my preact and a copy of everything they asked me, I would have had to travel again to the other city where I lost it, and yes, they have solve the problem, but they go round and round the procedures, and they treat you as ignorant, or as if one should already know the procedures that I have to do, they do not guide you, instead of giving me an easy solution, just they give you more trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mayor ineficiencia no puede haber más que el personal de extravío de documentos y propiedades, le hablan a todos los ciudadanos acudiendo por soporte y por orientación fiscal y el personal de la fiscalía solo responde con prepotencia y reservándose el derecho de solo hablar con tecnicismos independientemente las personas que lleguen puedan o no llegar a comprender. Además que siempre que llegas ahí tratan de mandarte a otras diligencias para que realices tus trámites.
Pd: no, no solucionan nada.
Greater inefficiency can not be more than the misplacement of documents and properties, they speak to all citizens coming for support and for fiscal guidance and the prosecution staff only responds with arrogance and reserving the right to only speak with technicalities independently the people who arrive may or may not understand. Also, whenever you get there they try to send you to other procedures to carry out your procedures.
PS: no, they don't solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay puesto de control contra Covid. Los baños están muy limpios y aunque no hay papel se agradece que los estén lavando a cada rato. El personal escaso, pero muy amables y luchando contra su miedo al contagio todos los días.
There is no checkpoint against Covid. The bathrooms are very clean and although there is no paper, it is appreciated that they are washing them every so often. The staff are sparse, but very friendly and fighting their fear of contagion every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones deprimentes y con muy poco sentido de ayuda para realizar los trámites, no hay información clara de los requisitos y documentos necesarios, piden más copias de las que inicialmente comentan y copiadoras cercanas cobran muy caro. Los baños están peor que baño público de parque! Son un foco de infección
