★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui se puede sacar los antecedentes no penales, solia estar en el segundo piso ahora cambio a el primer piso es mejor mas facil de encontrar, ya puedes realizar prácticamente todo el trámite justo aquí, hasta pagar el documento que se saca para imprimir por internet, puedes sacar copias y fotos igual las fotos están en 50 pesos por 6 fotos las copias están en 2 pesos,
Incluso puedes mandar tus fotos a un número que ellos te brindan por si no tienes o se te olvide algún documento y lo tienes en el celular se los mandas y lo imprimen

2. Para pagar debes de llevar la copia de la curp actualizada y comprobante de domicilio.
3. En el mismo lugar te sacan la foto por lo que no es necesario tomartela las fotos tamaño infantil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed in my country police service. In playa del Carmen Quintana Roo at 5 am there wasn't any body to help us and all we needed was a written report... Even to do a report they lack of knowledge and don't even provide the right information these people don't do their job the right way... and don't like what they do....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The police on the street directed me here after I reported the theft at our car parked on the street. The ladies here are very helpful to create a theft report for us that we needed for an insurance claim. Typically only filed Mon-Fri 8am-3pm, you may be able to plead for an exception if it’s the weekend and you have a flight the next day.
They do not speak English at all so come with the Google translate app if you need it, download offline access for Spanish. What I did was translate ahead of time a summary of the theft, bullets points on time, location, items and all details possible. Ideally the name of the police officer you had spoken to prior, case number, etc. be concise, but as detailed as possible!
For a certified copy of the report, you will be directed to the Chedraui supermarket down the street to pay $147 pesos.
Allow an hour or longer for this process.
