★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal no suelo dejar una estrella, si pudiese no dejar, lo haría, el tema es que no es posible que las leyes de nuestro país y su "burocracia" para un trámite tan rápido, y que ellos mismos te citan vía correo mediante un servicio web, no te puedan atender ya que vas presencial y te digan que esperes 24 a 48 hrs para que te avisen (cuando tienes un vidrio de carro roto y no puedes circular así... Más se mueven los de tu seguro que el mismo gobierno, y además una sola persona apática para atender esto cuando es su trabajo y más apoyar este tipo de situaciones a personas como mi mamá que no pueden andar solas. Pésima actitud de servicio y servicio también.
