★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones del deportivo son buenas los profesores de Fit kids en particular el de parkur Fer muy buen bueno, así como los de clases de adultos Fit dance Cesar, pilates Moni, gap Linda .......
Brenda la coordinadora deportiva no tienen ni idea de lo que pasó, pasa dentro del club no te ayuda a resolver nada, la parte administrativa pésima no hay nadie que te resuelva el "representante legal"Alejandro o Alexis que es bastante nefasto para el la solución es pague porque las otros meses ya corrieron nadie les negó el acceso, siendo que se bloqueó la membresía por el accidente (de mi hijo menor de edad) dentro de las instalaciones y bajo resguardo del área de Fitkids. La administración anterior con la que se acordó que al bloquearse la membresía los meses quedarías pendientes hasta que el menor fuera dado de alta de su recuperación, pero como ya no laboran ahí ni el gerente ni el coordinador ya no hay mensualidades pendientes.... ??♀️??♀️??♀️

Los horarios son súper accesibles y tienen todas las medidas de seguridad, higiene y sanitización.
El costo no es bajo en realidad, pero eligiendo un plan en fechas de promoción, la verdad es que vale mucho la pena.

Lo malo: ESTÁ ATASCADO. Es raro encontrarlo con poca gente, hay un sobrecupo de gente, por obvias razones del precio. La promesa de venta de "Reservar por la app" solo suena bien en papel; en la realidad es rara la vez que las revisan (al menos en el área de pesas). Además llevamos mi pareja y yo dos meses esperando su credencial y nadie se hace responsable para entregarla.
El espacio para nutriólogos es de 1 mes mínimo, en promedio dos meses para que te den una cita. Así que no esperes que te den una cita para la próxima semana.
No sé si renovaría porque no hay una diferencia grande respecto a otros establecimientos. Igual y si quieren, prueben 1 mes a ver si les gusta.

The Good: Attentive staff, clean facilities, affordable prices.
The bad: IT IS STUCK. It is rare to find it with few people, there is an overcrowding of people, for obvious reasons of price. The "Book by App" sales promise only sounds good on paper; in reality they are rarely checked (at least in the weight area). In addition, my partner and I have been waiting for his credential for two months and no one is responsible for delivering it.
The space for nutritionists is a minimum of 1 month, on average two months for them to give you an appointment. So don't expect them to give you an appointment for next week.
I don't know if I would renew because there is no big difference compared to other establishments. The same and if you want, try 1 month to see if you like it.
