A las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento y las regaderas se están cayendo y llenas de moho. No tienen medidas de seguridad COVID y saturan las instalaciones. They charge the Membership as they want and sometimes they overcharge you without giving explanations and in the end they don't solve anything. The facilities are in need of maintenance and the showers are leaking and moldy. They do not have COVID security measures and they saturate the facilities.
A	Andrea Carrillo de Albornoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son pésimas, no hay colchonetas, las láminas del gym se están volando, solo hay UN PAR de grilletes para todos los socios, los materiales siempre están en desorden y en las clases no te prestan colchonetas por temas COVID pero creo que más bien porque no las tienen. Tampoco hay limpieza, los aparatos están semi limpios, siempre vimos polvo, restos de tapetes porque ya están viejos y se deshacen y muchos insectos como palomillas y arañas, las colchonetas están sucias pero ya de años y los baños tienen papeles sucios y cabellos. El personal tampoco es amable, en nuestro primer día, la persona de la entrada nos gritó y se puso muy altanera para saber el motivo de nuestra visita (era nuestro primer día y apenas estábamos conociendo cómo era la dinámica), el coach nos asistió en algunas ocasiones pero en otras no lo encontrábamos y después lo veíamos en recepción o fuera de las instalaciones. El día que cancelamos el plan, el motivo fue puesto como personal, sin indagar la causa o saber más al respecto. No tienen interés de retener a sus clientes. En el mes de enero, me cobraron 3 mensualidades de un jalón, no pudieron devolverme mi dinero y mejor fue usado para pagar la penalización de la cancelación. En resumen, no tiene el nivel de un club. Veníamos de SmartFit y Fit Crew no es un nivel más alto, todo es más viejo, sucio y con mala atención. Si están por la zona mejor ir a clubes por Santa Fe o incluso Barranca del Muerto. The facilities are terrible, there are no mats, the sheets of the gym are flying, there are only ONE PAIR of shackles for all the members, the materials are always in disarray and in the classes they do not lend you mats due to COVID issues but I think that rather because they don't have them. There is no cleaning either, the appliances are semi-clean, we always saw dust, remains of rugs because they are old and falling apart and many insects such as moths and spiders, the mats are dirty but from years and the bathrooms have dirty paper and hair. The staff is not friendly either, on our first day, the person at the entrance yelled at us and got very arrogant to know the reason for our visit (it was our first day and we were just getting to know the dynamics), the coach assisted us in some times but on others we couldn't find it and then we saw it at reception or outside the facilities. The day we canceled the plan, the reason was put as personal, without investigating the cause or knowing more about it. They have no interest in retaining their customers. In the month of January, they charged me 3 monthly payments in one go, they couldn't return my money and it was better used to pay the cancellation penalty. In short, it does not have the level of a club. We came from SmartFit and Fit Crew is not a higher level, everything is older, dirty and with poor attention. If you are in the area, it is better to go to clubs in Santa Fe or even Barranca del Muerto.
