★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo él sauna y el vapor siempre descompuestos y sino apagados y tienes que a andar buscando por todo el gimnasio a alguien de mantenimiento para que lo encienda o decirle a alguien de recepción (qué obvio no se pueden poner a buscar quien encienda porque tienen otras chambas) cualquiera de las 2, tarda como 20 minutos si bien te va para ir puedas agarrar el vapor o él sauna calientes. Cuando entro al vapor o al sauna y le pregunto a otros usuarios todos parecen coincidir en que no están conformes con este servicio.
Terrible the sauna and the steam always broken and if not turned off and you have to go around the gym looking for someone from maintenance to turn it on or tell someone at reception (how obvious they can't go looking for someone to turn it on because they have other jobs ) either of the 2, it takes about 20 minutes, although you are going to go, you can grab the steam or the hot sauna. When I go into the steam or sauna and ask other users, they all seem to agree that they are not satisfied with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen precio, buenos aparatos, la alberca está bien. No sirve el vapor y una que otra vez no hay agua o no hay agua muy caliente. Aún no pruebo las demás actividades.
Good price, good appliances, the pool is fine. The steam does not work and once in a while there is no water or there is not very hot water. I haven't tried the other activities yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente el servicio cada vez está peor, cuando te inscribes te prometen todo, y conforme vas utilizando el servicio, no hay vapor, no hay regaderas, el jacuzzi de agua caliente nunca está caliente, el agua de la alberca casi siempre está sucia y no hay quien atienda porque los chicos de recepción siempre están platicando entre ellos y nunca está la gerente. Tienen muchos eventos en la alberca, cancelan las clases de natación y no avisan. Lamentablemente pagué una anualidad y apenas son 5 meses en el que ya no estoy conforme.
Actually the service is getting worse and worse, when you sign up they promise you everything, and as you use the service, there is no steam, there are no showers, the hot water jacuzzi is never hot, the pool water is almost always dirty and there is someone who attends because the reception guys are always talking to each other and the manager is never there. They have a lot of events at the pool, they cancel swimming lessons and they don't give notice. Unfortunately I paid an annuity and it's only been 5 months in which I'm no longer satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las clases de natación son buenas nos gusto bastante la dinámica, que está techado está excelente, como sugerencia pongan mas sillas en el área de espera ya q las q tienen están rotas y faltan para el número de personas que esperamos a nuestros hijos!!
También sería bueno q esta área de espera tenga ventilación!!
Fuera de eso si lo recomiendo, la atención es buena y es un lugar anplio!!
The swimming classes are good, we quite liked the dynamics, which is covered is excellent, as a suggestion put more chairs in the waiting area since the ones they have are broken and are missing for the number of people waiting for our children!
It would also be nice if this waiting area had ventilation!!
Apart from that, I do recommend it, the attention is good and it is a spacious place!
