Es como el buró de crédito: si te portaste bien con tu dinero, no te endeudaste y pagas a tiempo, tu calificación es alta. No se dejen amedrentar. Felicito a Fitch por calificar a Pemex como lo que siempre fué desde tiempos del dictador Cárdenas: una basura.
