★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para hacer entrenamiento funcional. Las rutinas que ponen diariamemte son diferentes, lo que hace que no se vuelva aburrido asistir a los entrenamientos. Cuentan con nutriologa que te orienta en como llevar una adecuada alimentacion. Ademas que en cuanto se llega al lugar si lo deseas toman peso.constantemente cuentan con retos para motivar a las personas a competir de manera sana a perder peso y lograr una mejor condicion fisica. El personal es muy amable y las areas estan bastante limpias. Muy recomendable. y los costos de la mensualidad son muy accesibles.
Excellent place to do functional training. The routines that they put in daily are different, which makes it not boring to attend workouts. They constantly have challenges to motivate people to compete in a healthy way to lose weight and achieve a better physical condition. The staff is very friendly and the areas are quite clean. Highly recommended. and the monthly costs are very affordable.
