Si lo que buscas es acondicionamiento físico, éste es el lugar indicado ya que se especializan en entrenamiento funcional, acondicionamiento físico, movimientos funcionales y ejercicios a alta velocidad. Muy recomendable.
The facilities are great, it has a few parking spaces. If you are looking for physical conditioning, this is the place to be as they specialize in functional training, physical conditioning, functional movements and high speed exercises. Highly recommended.
