Sin embargo, hay detalles que, me han hecho dar esa calificación, les explico: Imagínate estar entrenando pierna, esforzándote para completar tus repeticiones, + el dolor de cada esfuerzo + el cubrebocas tapándote nariz y boca + el sol quemándote la cara y cuerpo ? Todas las tardes que voy, es el mismo dilema. (A esa hora puedo por mi trabajo) Me gusta por sus equipos completos y en buen estado pero el hecho de que esté en el pleno rayo de sol haciendo ejercicio, es desagradable. Ojalá pudieran poner cortinas/persianas para mejorar la atención de los que hacemos ejercicio por las tardes. It is a place that has an excellent team to train, I must admit that. El gimnasio está muy bien, siempre está limpio, sin embargo si vas a las 4:00 pm como el gimnasio tiene cristal te pega todo el sol en la cara, y eso es muy incómodo. Otro factor es el baño, están feas las instalaciones, deberían echarle un poquito de ganas ahí, pero bueno vas al gimnasio, no al baño. Y mi sugerencia es que agreguen otra máquina Smith de pesas porque es la que siempre se usas para glúteos y piernas y es un problema porque siempre hay alguien. De lo demás el gym está muy amplio, está completo, y lo más importante NO HAY GENTE y eso hace que sea más fácil el entrenamiento. Y no hay entrenadores. I'm going to be super honest. The gym is very good, it is always clean, however if you go at 4:00 pm, as the gym has glass, all the sun hits your face, and that is very uncomfortable. Another factor is the bathroom, the facilities are ugly, they should give you a little desire there, but hey you go to the gym, not the bathroom. And my suggestion is that they add another Smith machine for weights because it's the one you always use for glutes and legs and it's a problem because there's always someone. Otherwise the gym is very spacious, it is complete, and most importantly, THERE ARE NO PEOPLE and that makes training easier. And there are no coaches.
