Terrible attention 3 times I called to ask for reports and that they cannot be given by phone, only by whats, is there still much difference that the client takes the time to speak? In short, they never sent them to me, although I gave my information on all 3 occasions, it seems that they are doing you a favor by accepting you. If you are looking for a gym in the C+ Buenavista area, they give you excellent attention without making excuses.

I put 1 star because it won't let me not put any. When scoring this way I want to clarify that it is not because of the facilities that are very good. My rating is for the service and poor management. I am Spanish and I am traveling in Mexico with my partner. We are athletes and we always look for a local gym to train and we took a free 1-day membership through the website of this gym. When they arrive at the gym, they tell us that they have not seen any request through the web because they never use it. We pay the day but we ask you to check the page to get our request and go the next day with said membership. When we left training, the young woman who attended us said that they did not find anything and that those passes are for the members of the gym, their friends. Something that is not reflected on the web. Bad management by the staff, for not asserting something that they themselves promote and offer. That in Spain is misleading advertising and fraud. And although we are passing through, we are the type of customer who pays for the towels, we buy the products that are sold inside, we are the ones who make the expense, as in fact we did when we were there. In the end they told us that we could go back and that they would charge us again for the entrance. We're not going back obviously. But it would be interesting if they are not going to be attentive to the web and what they offer, they close it.

First class facilities, well organized pool hours, Jacuzzi and steam area. The classes are terrific, especially the outdoor spinning class. It opens from Monday to Sunday.

The staff is always very friendly from the tour they give you to the times you attend they treat you very well I recommend it since I feel that you pay for a complete service.

I have been attending the gym for more than 6 months, from my point of view, it is an excellent option, the activities, the schedules, the equipment and the extras such as the pool and the steam room, are very good, I have never had problems with the administration nor with the other partners, I consider that I have made some friends and above all, the level that it has, not being a cheap or popular gym, is something very good, I recommend it 100%.
