★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen y un amable servicio, buena calidad en tela y cosido, atentas y tratan de hacer su mejor trabajo. Sin embargo si pides bolsas totalmente personalizadas, se tardan mucho, evitan responder y decir las cosas tal cuál son para solucionarlos, no respetan al 100% tu diseño, pensando en cosas que ya tiene contemplado el cliente. La bolsas que diseñe fueron para un uso en especifico y como me las entregaron no me sirven para el objetivo que estaban hechas, se les dijo que las regresaba para que hicieran como yo quería y me funcionaba el diseño y no respondieron nunca ni fueron para regresar alguna cantidad de dinero del pago. Hora tengo 120 bolsas que no me sirven de mucho y no he podido mover por que terminaron haciendo lo que su criterio les dictó. y no pedía algo extravagante. *Si piden bolsas totalmente personalizada, asegurense de que sean exactamente como las piden y no como ellos creen que funcionaria. puesto que se pierde toda función de uso.
*Se valora su esfuerzo, sin embargo no respetan lo que pide el cliente.
Good and friendly service, good quality fabric and sewing, attentive and try to do their best work. However, if you ask for totally personalized bags, they take a long time, they avoid responding and saying things as they are to solve them, they do not respect your design 100%, thinking about things that the client has already contemplated. The bags that I designed were for a specific use and since they were delivered to me they do not serve the purpose they were made for, they were told that I would return them so that they would do as I wanted and the design worked for me and they never responded nor were they to return some amount of payment money. Now I have 120 bags that are not much use to me and I have not been able to move because they ended up doing what their criteria dictated. and did not ask for something extravagant. *If you order fully personalized bags, make sure they are exactly how you order them and not how you think it will work. since all function of use is lost.
*Your effort is appreciated, however, you do not respect what the client asks for.
