★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atencion hasta que te das cuenta que lo barato sale caro. En resumen lleve a revisar mi equipo, pero como era mas caro de lo que pense decidi recogerlo, como buen mexicano me decido a abrirlo yo en base a tutoriales y cuando lo abro me doy cuenta que le faltaban tornillos y protecciones de los conectores, mucha gente no se da cuenta de este tipo de cosas ya que no le meten mano a sus telefonos y es triste que abusen de eso, para entregar los telefonos mal armados o con piezas faltantes.

Lleve a arreglar un iPhone X de la bocina, duraron un mes con el teléfono y al fin no me lo entregaban porque no agarraba el chip, cuando yo lo lleve solo con el detalle de la bocina! Diario me decían que ese mismo día quedaba, así me tuvieron durante semanas!!! Quedaban en llamarme y nunca lo hacían, aparte de que no le arreglaron el problema a mi teléfono, todavía lo descompusieron! NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los técnicos son muy buenos y mi celular quedo al 100. Sin embargo consideró que tienen una área de oportunidad en el área del servicio al cliente (he llevado 3 teléfonos a reparar y con ninguno me han llamado para decir que están listos), y la recepción de teléfonos es muy desorganizada.

Llevé mi Apple Watch a cambiarle la pantalla y según ellos me lo tendrían en unas horas, lo dejé ahí confiando y no me lo han podido tener listo. Ya tiene ahí mas del mes, me traen a vuelta y vuelta y son puras mentiras. JAMAS los recomendaría!!! ❌❌❌❌
PESIIIIIIIMO SERVICE !!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, without hesitation I would put them ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las reparaciones las realizan de manera totalmente profesional, RESALTO la persona de servicio al cliente no contesta, no mandan las facturas, tardo 5 dias en decirme que me equipo ya estaba listo, la persona no pone atención a las solicitudes del cliente, no contestan los teléfonos. tuve que ir personalmente para preguntar si mi equipo ya estaba listo.........
