Para empezar no tienen mucho surtido, creí que por ser una nueva tienda encontraría variedad pero lo que necesitaba me decían que debía hacer un pedido especial (eso sí, la actitud de servicio de la chica que me atendió me encantó). Ademas de eso, hubo una acción que me molestó bastante, a la hora de pagar había un señor que traía una playera AZUL distinta al resto de los demás empleados que se la pasaba gritando y hablando de una manera agresiva a la chica que me cobró (siendo que ella fue muy amable). No tengo idea de quién sea ese tipo de playera AZUL, ni el por que tenía una actitud así de agresiva pero que lastima que siendo una empresa reconocida tengan personal tan prepotente y no respete a las mujeres.
My experience was pretty bad. To begin with, they don't have much assortment, I thought that because it was a new store I would find a variety but what I needed they told me that I should make a special order (yes, I loved the service attitude of the girl who attended me). In addition to that, there was an action that annoyed me a lot, at the time of paying there was a man who was wearing a BLUE shirt different from the rest of the other employees who kept yelling and talking in an aggressive way to the girl who charged me ( being that she was very kind). I have no idea who that type of BLUE shirt is, or why he had such an aggressive attitude but what a shame that being a well-known company they have such arrogant staff and do not respect women.
