La atención no fue la mejor me terminaron mencionando un buen de políticas que no están públicas, entiendo que toda empresa tiene políticas y protocolos, pero ¿cómo el cliente se entera de estos? ( Aclaro si se solucionó, pero termine prácticamente regañada, por algo que no sabía de sus procesos internos)
I liked that they give service on Sundays, however I went for a change of a product that did not work. The attention was not the best, they ended up mentioning a good number of policies that are not public, I understand that every company has policies and protocols, but how does the client find out about these? (I clarify if it was solved, but I ended up practically scolded, for something I did not know about its internal processes)
