★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, solo quitaron cosas externas y me regresaron el equipo con más anomalías, ojalá un día les apliquen la misma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tanto como en la sucursal, así como su Call Center, llevo 7 meses tratando de que me entreguen mi dispositivo, lo último que supe fue que fue perdida total y me lo iban a reponer. Me han dado fechas y sigo esperando, pésima atención, gusto por su trabajo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Entregue mi equipo para reparación desde Noviembre del 2020 y hasta la fecha nada concreto.
Terrible service, as much as in the branch, as well as its Call Center, I have been trying to get my device delivered for 7 months, the last I knew was that it was totally lost and they were going to replace it. They have given me dates and I keep waiting, lousy attention, taste for their work. I do not recommend it at all. I delivered my equipment for repair from November 2020 and to date nothing concrete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, lleve mi celular a arreglar, dijeron que era la bateria y se la cambiaron por una peor aparte que dejaron mi celular peor, ocupe la garantia y me dijeron que era otra vez la bateria y se la volvieron a cambiar, ahora ya no sirve mi celular, ni para ponerle una estrella merece 0, no vayan a ese lugar

According to them they repaired my cell phone and then it presented these failures, it still entered the 30-day warranty and they did not make it valid, the technician had a very bad character, unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha pasado un mes desde que dejé mi celular y no quedó. Tardaron en devolverlo y sigo esperando la devolución del costo, y nada. Simplemente me han dado vueltas, y no parece importarles el tiempo y dinero que uno invierte en ir. Pésimo.
Edit: Agrego que en redes sociales se toman a burla las situaciones.
It has been a month since I left my cell phone and it was gone. They took time to return it and I am still waiting for the return of the cost, and nothing. They've just been spinning me around, and they don't seem to care how much time and money you invest in going. Appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me arreglaron nada, segun me cambiaron la unidad de carga de un motorola y a los 3 días se quemó la pila, nunca se hacen responsables de su trabajo, mi telefono ya es basura y nunca respondieron
