Mi PC volvió a fallar en menos de 15 días, te traen a vueltas y vueltas supuestamente envían el equipo a laboratorio, me cobraron carísimo son tan sinvergüenzas que me dijeron que no me regresarán lo que pagué y el equipo tampoco xq lo arreglaran algún día. Sin duda iré a la PROFECO Never go there THEY ARE A SCAM. Dejarles tu equipo es garantía segura de pérdida de tiempo, de corajes y peleas para que te den tu equipo y te regresen tu dinero por un trabajo mal hecho. Este lugar debería estar clausurado de las mañas de los empleados. Sin ninguna garantía por ser un fix it. j	julio guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se burlan en tu cara según son técnicos altamente calificados y no tienen la menor idea, ponen piezas chinas e inclusive hasta robadas en un simple cambio de pantalla de un celular Lg tardaron 15 días en "repararlo" y al día siguiente de entregado ya no encendía. Tienen sanción de PROFECO pero la ocultan atrás de una mampara , cuando se terminan sus excusas de por que no te han reparado tu equipo te dicen que te devolverán tu dinero pero te traen a vuelta y vuelta hasta que decides o demandarlos legalmente o perder tu dinero. Fui a arreglar el display de mi celular, el trato es pésimo y te traen con largas hasta que los amenazas con la devolución del dinero. En mi caso pagué con tarjeta y solo por eso se apuraron. Después de una semana y tras varias quejas me entregaron el teléfono con el display funcionando pero le sacaron o dañaron la batería a mi teléfono. Ahora solo me sirvió para recuperar mi información porque el teléfono ya no es funcional. ¿Alguno de ustedes ya demandó? ¡PÉSIMO! Please don't go to this place. Solo di de anticipo 800. Al día siguiente llame y dijeron que no tenían la pieza que la iban a pedir. Y así me trajeron poco más de un mes. Ya que tenían la pieza resulta que tenían que reparar otra cosa que no me habían dicho. Por lo tanto costaría 3000 total. No pude pagar. Y quedaron el reembolsarme el anticipo de los cuales faltan 300 que no pueden hacer por no tener efectivo. En total todo el preceso llevo desde 27 de octubre 2019 hasta la fecha de esta publicación. EL TRUCO ES ENGANCHARTE DICIENDO QUE SALE BARATO Y RAPIDO LA REPARACIÓN. BUSQUEN OTRO SERVICIO VERY BAD! I visited with the intention of fixing my cell's screen.
