★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente ha sido una de las peores experiencias de mi vida!! Muy mala atención, el joven que atiende ahí no tiene modo de tratar a los clientes y asume que siempre la responsabilidad es del cliente. No se puede hablar con él.
Fui a repararlo de una cosa y me le descompusieron otra y cuando me lo intentaron reparar no quedó y ya luego me dijeron que ellos no podían saber si yo ya lo llevaba descompuesto también de eso. Muy arrepentida de haberlo llevado ahí porque también ya pierde la garantía con Telcel al haberlo abierto. No quise esperar en Telcel por la prisa pero salió peor.
Las varias veces que fui por lo de mi teléfono había gente inconforme que también tenía algún reclamo por hacer.
No lo recomiendo para nada, o al menos no el módulo que está en la gran plaza... No sé como sean en los otros.

I went to repair one thing and they broke another and when they tried to repair it, it didn't remain and later they told me that they couldn't know if I had already broken down from that as well. Very sorry for having taken it there because it also loses the guarantee with Telcel by having opened it. I didn't want to wait at Telcel because of the rush, but it turned out worse.
The several times I went to get my phone, there were unhappy people who also had a complaint to make.
I do not recommend it at all, or at least not the module that is in the large square ... I do not know how they are in the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado, roban, engañan, son groseros y maltratan. Si quieres arriesgar tu equipo pues llévalo aquí, pero si te importa, por ningún motivo te acerques a estas personas y esta marca. Luego no digas que no te lo advertí. Son definitivamente de lo peor
