★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre prefiero poner las cualidades de un establecimiento, pero en esta ocasión no hay ninguna. Me estafaron!! Ofrecen garantía a sus trabajos y no hay manera de hacerla valer, ni aun teniendo dos días de haberse realizado el trabajo, argumentando de manera despectiva que ellos "son los especialistas" porque ellos saben de teléfonos y uno no. Pagué 1800 por un trabajo que no quedó bien y con garantía en mano solicité se diera solución, a lo que obvio se negaron.
Cabe destacar que un par de días después presencié cómo otra clienta con problemas debido a un trabajo mal realizado, se hacía de palabras y gritos con la empleada exigiendo se diera solución a su problema.
Estos establecimientos son un fraude!
Nada recomendable!!

I paid 1800 for a job that did not turn out well and with the guarantee in hand I asked for a solution, to which they obviously refused.
It should be noted that a couple of days later I witnessed how another client with problems due to a poorly performed job, made words and shouts with the employee demanding a solution to her problem.
These establishments are a fraud!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aguas en donde dejan su celular, esta persona me dijo q me iba arreglar el celular por el centro de carga, y cuando me regresa mi celular no sirve de la pantalla ni bocinas.. Siempre me decía que en una hora estaba y se lo quedo como 5 meses con la misma excusa y si no era esa me decia que lo tenian en polanco.. Pesimo servicio de los que estan ahi, nunca vayan a dejar sus celulares en esta sucursal ni en otra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, me atendió FERNANDO, 8 meses esperando el celular, pagué porque lo arreglaran y al final perdieron el celular, luego lo encontraron todo desarmado y me lo dieron sin funcionar. No me quisieron pagar los 1800 que pagué del arreglo.
Una completa mentira.
Además se molestaron de que uno llega molesto a reclamar su celular que no han entregado en 8 meses.
Que triste que tengan que robar para conseguir dinero.

En un inicio se les indicó que el ID ya no funcionaba y argumentaron que cada que se rompe la pantalla, es necesario cambiar el ID obviamente con un cobro adicional. Seguramente por negligencia y/o desconocimiento entregan un trabajo muy por debajo de lo esperado. Obviamente la garantía de 3 meses que promocionan al inicio, es solo un engaño.

En el mes se Julio llevamos un celular a reparar, dijeron que lo tendrían al día siguiente, fuimos a los 2 días, el teléfono no encendió, dijeron que lo revisaran nuevamente, y es fecha que NADIE SABE QUE PASO CON MI EQUIPO, con un simple, SE PERDIÓ, SE LO VAMOS A REPARAR CREEN QUE ES SUFICIENTE!!! SON UNOS RATEROS, EL PERSONAL SE ESCONDE, INVENTA COSAS, QUE CAMBIARON DE ADMINISTRACIÓN, QUE EL LABORATORIO, PURAS MENTIRAS, PARA NO DAR LA CARA!!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ al principio lo pintan super facil y de buena calidad el servicio, cuando ya uno a a recoger su equipo salen con que hay una falla extra y obvio te lo arreglan pero con un costo extra, fui a que le cambiaran el display el cual estaba estrellada la pantalla. cuando regreso a la hora que segun ya iba a estar me dice que no hace contacto el touch cosa si funcionaba, ahora que fui a revizarlo a otro lugar me comentan que le faltan algunos contactos en la logica del celular donde esta el touch y aparte no lo armo completo ya que le falta una lamina que protege la bateria a lo cual exijo la reparacion de mi equipo por negligencia del tecnico del lugar o la reposicion de uno.
