La pantalla cuesta 700 pesos en donde la busques, ¿o sea que me están cobrando mas de 1000 pesos por hacer el cambio? Es un robo. De verdad les hace daño estar en una plaza. Y cuando yo iba (esperando a que llegarán) había gente igual de disgustada con situaciones respecto al servicio. Encuentren a alguien más para arreglar dispositivos. Esta gente no respeta y cambian partes entre los artículos de clientes. Ojalá los quiten de las plazas. They left my phone half serving after it took me extra days to fix it. Never. They answer, they leave the premises in the middle of the day with nothing else. And when I was going (waiting for them to arrive) there were people just as upset with situations regarding the service. Find someone else to fix devices. These people do not respect and change parts between the articles of clients. I hope they remove them from the squares.

Por si fuera poco, al entregarme el equipo el tipo me perdió la charola donde va el chip. Y jamás me la consiguió, me trajo a ida y venida durante 4 días y no resolvió nada, yo tuve que comprarla. Cuando fui a reclamar el dinero que me costó el tipejo se hizo tonto y no me pagó nada. Aún si esto no fuese suficiente burla, el teléfono quedó mal pegado tuve que llevarlo a reparar a otro lado. Todo esto ocurrió mientras el tipo que tienen como técnico, me atendía con un pésimo servicio al cliente. Don't waste time or money. Something that was supposed to take 30 minutes, according to the technician (a battery change), took 1 day. As if that were not enough, when he handed me the equipment, the guy lost the tray where the chip goes. And he never got me it, he brought me back and forth for 4 days and it didn't solve anything, I had to buy it. When I went to claim the money the guy cost me, he became stupid and didn't pay me anything. Even if this was not enough of a joke, the phone was badly stuck I had to take it to repair it elsewhere. All this happened while the guy they have as a technician, he served me with terrible customer service.
L	Luis Eduardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiar mi pantalla y me la dejaron igual, un pequeña caída de mi cama al suelo y la pantalla quedó igual que antes, cambiaron piezas y su supuesta limpieza de equipo no es más que una mentira, no pierdan su tiempo. No me contestan en ningún teléfono. Y les dejo el mío y jamás me llaman ni me buscan para darme una solución. Pésimo pésimo servicio. Éxijo mi dinero y mi teléfono. Son unos rateros y mal quedados. No son confiables ni tienen atención honesta con sus clientes, regrésenme mi dinero y mi teléfono!!!!
