Fui a cambiar mi pantalla y descompusieron la bocina y la pantalla parpadeaba cuando reclame me hicieron ir toda una semana porque siempre me decían que al día siguiente iban a traer la refacción al final no pudieron arreglar la pantalla y no me devolvieron el dinero, investigue y la pantalla que le pusieron no era la adecuad, la compre por Internet y me costó 600 y mi celular por fin quedó por casi 500% menos de lo que me estafaron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dicen para tal día y así te traen día con día. aparte no ponen piezas originales y si no queda bien la pieza que cambiaron no te hacen valida la garantía que supuestamente es de 1 mes.
Terrible service, they tell you for such a day and so they bring you day by day. apart they do not put original parts and if the part that they changed does not look good they do not validate the guarantee that supposedly is 1 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estas viendo esto, te recomiendo ir a SmartMonkey's ellos te hablan con la verdad y lo mejor de todo es que solo le inviertes una vez, manejan muchas piezas Originales, técnicos de calidad que cobran lo justo, si llevas captura de esto te dan el 15% de descuento y no te cobran por revisar tu dispositivo.
Ellos no te dan largas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al cliente y no me dieron solución ni explicación. Literal la señorita que te "atiende" me entrega mi equipo y me dice no quedo y se da la media vuelta. Sin explicaciones ni nada. Jamás regresaría y jamás los recomendaría. Justo 1 mes con mi equipo y no le hicieron nada ni tampoco me solucionaron mis dudas.
Terrible customer service and they did not give me a solution or explanation. Literally the lady who "attends" you hands me my equipment and tells me I'm not staying and turns around. No explanations or anything. I would never go back and would never recommend them. Just 1 month with my team and they did nothing to it nor did they solve my doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un equipo y me lo devolvieron apagado q xq tenia resina ya que el equipo la carcasa es de cristal, cuando lo intente cargar seguía con el daño, lo lleve de nuevo a menos de 24 horas de entregado y el encargado o "tecnico" q ahi labora me dice, pues que le hiciste? Acepto quedarse para reparar el equipo y de ahí solo largas y malas caras, a pero para cobrar si es en una exhibición pero q tal para entregar resultados. Pésimo servicio, la siguiente visita la haré con un representante de la PROFECO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son estafadores, su personal cambia de un día para otro, porque se hartan de tantos reclamos por las estafas que realizan, los trabajadores siempre dan largas ya llevo más de dos meses pidiendo mi equipo porque me dijeron que no lo pudieron arreglar por lo cual procedí a solicitar mi devolución, y hasta el día de hoy no tengo solución, lástima que no ví las reseñas antes, en verdad la peoooor experiencia, supongo que las únicas dos opiniones con 5 estrellas son trabajadores de ahí, el 99% de las opiniones coinciden conmigo, además cuando les he pedido una respuesta a todo esto, me contestan mal, me dicen que "están dándole seguimiento" pregunto que a qué y dicen que seguimiento para encontrar mi equipo, o sea que onda no saben dónde tienen sus equipos? A si su nivel de "profesionalismo"
Jamás jamás dejen sus equipos con ellos solo les robaron su tiempo y dinero, así que ahorrense todo esto. De nada

Mi i phone no aparecía casualmente se salió el teléfono de su local. Nadie sabía dónde estaba, hasta después de 20 minutos apareció mágicamente.
Very rude, arrogant, poorly educated people. AWFUL SERVICE, if you have another place to take them, do it. Do not take your phones there they give you long in my case. My i phone did not appear coincidentally the phone of your local went out. Nobody knew where it was, until after 20 minutes it magically appeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un cambio de batería para mi teléfono como a las 12 PM y me dijeron que en 40 lo tenían, regresé y me dijeron que en 2 horas estaba. Volví 3 horas después y apenas iban a repararlo.
Buen servicio solo no manejan buenos tiempos de espera.
I asked for a battery change for my phone at around 12 PM and they told me that they had it in 40, I came back and they told me that in 2 hours it would be. I came back 3 hours later and they were hardly going to repair it.
Good service just don't handle good wait times.
