★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PEEEÉSIMO. No vayan a este lugar. Expliqué perfectamente que estaba fallando en mi equipo celular. Sin revisión alguna me indicaron que era la pila si cerciorarse si servía la que traía. Me dijeron que en dos horas estaba listo el equipo. Regresé y me inventaron que hacia falta una pieza. Quedaron nuevamente en entregármelo a al otro día. Hablé a la hora acordada y me dijeron que todavía no estaba. Quedaron en comunicarse para avisarme que ya estaba listo. Recibí la llamada. Tuve que dejar mi trabajo para recogerlo. Cuando llegué no estaba listo y peor aún me dijeron que no me habían hablado. Nuevamente me dieron la hora en que iba a estar. No estuvo. Así dos veces más. Finalmente hablé y me contestó otra persona, una señorita, que me dijo que ya estaban ensamblándolo y que podía recogerlo en media hora. Insistí en que revisara bien, por que ya me habían hecho ir en balde. Esta ocasión no se encontraba el muchacho que me atendió, sino un equipo de supervisores que me informaron que habían corrido a quien me atendió. El equipo otra ves no estuvo porque no les había llegado la refacción, no obstante que por teléfono me habían dicho que ya lo estaban ensamblando El supuesto supervisor quién hizo llamarse Abraham González se portó peor que su empleado y me dijo que me iba a entregar mi equipo sin reparar. Ante mi molestia mencioné que no era justo que trataran de esa manera a un cliente. Déspota y altaneramente me dijo que si quería me podía quejar ya que a él no le importaba porque era abogado. No quería que me llevara ni una copia de la nota, y como no me habían entregado nada, decidí irme sin el equipo para presentar mi queja ante su empresa y de ser necesario ante PROFECO. En fin, les recomiendo ir a otro lugar.

To my annoyance, I mentioned that it was not fair for them to treat a customer that way. He haughtily and despotic told me that if I wanted to, I could complain since he didn't care because he was a lawyer. I did not want him to take a copy of the note with me, and since they had not given me anything, I decided to leave without the equipment to file my complaint with your company and with PROFECO if necessary. Anyway, I recommend you go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni por equivocación lleven sus equipos ahí. Acudí a un cambio de batería y me pusieron una usada que tampoco servía. Además dañaron las conexiones de mi equipo y ahora deja de funcionar el Touch ID y la pantalla. Es una verdadera estafa, ni siquiera facturan los servicios, voy a informar al SAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte del personal, por parte del supervisor Aron Garcia, no cumplen sus politicas, colocan piezas usadas, las piezas que cambian casualmente fallan al mes 4 o 5 una vez que se termina su garantia. Y si todo eso no es suficiente se roban los anticipos inventando politicas internas que no aparecen en el contrato y terminan diciendo que asi van a ser las cosas, hagas lo que hagas. Por favor, ahorrense un conflicto, un disgusto y sobre todo su dinero. No acudan a Fixit por ningún motivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo puedo decir que voy a levantar un acta para una clausura y previamente una demanda contra los trabajadores, esta grabado los actos por parte de la plaza, se robaron piezas de mi telefono, incumplen sus clausulas que dicen que si tu telefono esta en peor estado de como llego te dan uno nuevo y solo me prometieron darme las piezas que me robaron y no me han dado nada. Fix it es una burla y una estafa y gracias a sus empleados sera clausurada su sucursal y ellos con una demanda que se va a ir a juridico y no les hara tener empleo por un buen rato.

En esta sucursal cambian constantemente al personal técnico, tanto así que yo llevé mi equipo 3 veces en un lapso de 5 meses y en cada ocasión me atendió personal diferente...
