Y primero mi Touch no funcionaba
Le comento y me dijo que no tenía nada que ver Con el centro de carga (tuvieron que desmontar todo y le puso un cierto loquido ese líquido llegó un poco a la cámara delantera de 21mpx y ya no enfoca ya que le callo algo del líquido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo el personal tuve un muy mal experiencia con esta sucursal, su "tecnico" es burlones y ventajoso, que simplemente no se quiso hacer cargo de sus errores sobre un trabajo que me hizo. Supuestamente sólo tenía cambiar mi pantalla y según era necesario otro tipo de mantenimiento.
Pues ahora me quedé sin celular y sin dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a reparación un Galaxy s10 por motivo de centro de carga, sin embargo tardaron casi 3 semanas en conseguir la pieza, y ya que la lograron conseguir, lleve el equipo y a la mera hora salieron con que no era, que ya al día siguiente, llevo el equipo al día siguiente y ya que me lo entregan salen con que solo carga, pero que no transfiere datos y tampoco funcionan los audífonos de tipo c, y mucho menos funciona la carga rápida. para ser honesto fui bastante paciente con las personas que me atendieron pero no es nada recomendable este servicio y ni hablar del costo.

To be honest I was quite patient with the people who attended me but this service is not recommended at all, not to mention the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me toco que fui en la mañana a checar el precio de mi pantalla rota me dieron un precio y en la tarde que regrese a dejar mi equipo me dieron otro precio la verdad me dio muchisima desconfianza dejar mi equipo en es ese lugar aparte que se ven poco profesionales y parece que les estas haciendo un favor a ellos. No se los recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respecto a la atención telefónica me tuve que comunicar en varias ocasiones ya que no contestaba y la pieza que buscaba no me dieron información correcta , quizá la atención presencial es buena pero telefónica deja mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a este lugar para que arreglaran la pantalla de mi celular. La pantalla quedó bien , no hay queja, sin embargo, el área de abajo donde están los iconos no enciende, apenas se ven dos puntos con luz, NO LO ENTREGAMOS ASÍ??! Se dificulta ver en la oscuridad. Cuando lo llevamos a reclamar resulta que no podía hacer nada! Su respuesta fue: "Yo cumplí con arreglar la pantalla" que si queríamos que revisaran los sensores y la luz de los sensores de los iconos nos iba a costar y aparte porque había el riesgo de quebrar la pantalla porque va pegada y sería volver a pagar. NO LO RECOMIENDO! CUIDADO!???? Nosotros acudimos porque confiamos que al ubicarse en una plaza quizas el servicio sería mejor pero en ese caso lo hubiera llevado ala vuelta de la casa?
