★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues hablé por teléfono para cotizar unos tornillos para una Mac y me dijieron: " tres cincuenta" fui, me instalaron 3 tornillos y me cobraron $200 porque se referían a $350 (por 5 tornillos). Hay que ser más profesionales a la hora de anunciar precios, no es tianguis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé para pedir informes y cuando llegue paso lo siguiente:
1- La persona en mostrador no tenía conocimiento de los costos porque no era el ingeniero, así que procedió a llamarle. Hasta aquí todo bien.
2- Después de llamarle al “ingeniero” los precios fueron muy improvisados y lejanos a la información que me dieron por teléfono.
3- Además de que los precios eran excesivos nadie se hizo responsable de los precios que me dieron por teléfono.
4- No me garantizaban la reparación aún después de pagado el servicio.
I called to ask for reports and when it arrives the following happens:
1- The person at the counter had no knowledge of the costs because he was not the engineer, so he proceeded to call him. So far so good.
2- After calling the "engineer" the prices were very improvised and far from the information they gave me over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trabajo, fui por un cambio de batería de un iPhone 7 y me dejaron partes de mi celular despegados y ahora suena como sonaja, tardaron 3 horas y la persona que me atendió no fue la misma que me entregó.
Very bad job, I went for a battery change on an iPhone 7 and they left parts of my cell phone detached and now it sounds like a rattle, it took 3 hours and the person who attended me was not the same person who gave me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había llevado en otro momento mi PC y todo había salido perfecto, pero en esta ocasión no. El servicio fue muy descuidado y malo; todo empezó porque la licencia de Windows que ellos me instalaron ya no funcionaba. Me dieron precios elevados, yo conseguí un mejor disco duro a menor precio (no por poco) y lo instale sin problemas (ellos me dijeron que era todo un proceso y obvio con costo extra)... Al final me entregaron el CPU y le faltaban tornillos diciéndome que yo la había entregado así, siendo que ellos eran los únicos que la había abierto hasta el momento. Me quedé con muy mal sabor de boca en esta ocasión. Y también me dejaron instaladas aplicaciones que no estaban, una de ellas para poder conectarse de manera remota a mi equipo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui hicieron un excelente trabajo cambiando una pantalla que estaba estrellada, fueron rápidos y muy confiables.
La segunda vez fue todo lo contrario, les entregué un teléfono que no se vende en México, me dijeron que la revisión para saber lo que le fallaba costaba 150, total que cuando ya lo tuvieron primero no supieron decirme lo que estaba mal, me dijeron que podría se una cosa que costaba tanto y si eso no funcionaba le hacían otra cosa que costaba tanto más, obvio les dije que no! Me devolvieron el teléfono mal cerrado, no me dijeron lo que tenía y aparte me cobraron esos 150 sin darme un diagnóstico y regresandome el teléfono peor que como se los entregué!

They gave me back the badly closed phone, they did not tell me what I had, and besides they charged me those 150 without giving me a diagnosis and returning the phone to me worse than how I gave them to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una completa estafa. Me robaron y a muchas otras personas también. Fingen que "arreglarán" tu dispositivo pero lo descomponen más para cobrarte una reparación mucho mas cara. A mi me robaron $900.00 de una reparación en la bandeja del SIM, y cuando eché todo para atrás, recogí mi dispositivo y descubrí que me cambiaron mi pantalla que si servía por una que no, lo se por que la mia tenía Gorilla Glass y esta no. Obviamente ya vendieron la pantalla que me robaron como refacción. A muchos nos han hecho lo mismo, que no te lo hagan a ti. - Esto pasó en sucursal Solesta, en Puebla y me atendió Javier.
A complete scam. They robbed me and many other people as well. They pretend they will "fix" your device but break it down further to charge you for a much more expensive repair. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague mas acá por tener garantía de 15 día, la mica que me pusieron no es de buena calidad y no protejo la pantalla que fácilmente se rompió. Aun s estaba en los 15dias y fue por baja calidad de mica y pantalla, me dicieron que no podían hacer nada ?
Pay more here to have a 15 day guarantee, the mica they put me is not of good quality and it does not protect the screen that easily broke. Even if it was 15 days and it was because of low quality of mica and screen, they told me that they could not do anything ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella porque no hay menos pésimo servicio lleve un equipo a reparar de batería y me lo entregaron peor con la pantalla dañada y aduciendo que así lo lleve me le quitaron todos los blindajes internos la batería no estaba ni nueva unos descarados y cobran uffff carisimo y por una mediocridad
