El actual técnico (El que repara los teléfonos) es una persona bastante prepotente, odioso y no soluciona nada, si no que solo arruina más tus equipos telefónicos. Lo podrán reconocer si van por qué se peina con mucho gel, tratando de hacerse un copete. En fin no vallan MUY MAL SERVICIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera no le daría NINGUNA estrella a este lugar.
No gasten su tiempo ni su dinero en este nido de ratas. Para empezar te enganchan diciendo que tendrán listo tu equipo en un día, después te seguirán dando largas y largas para que regreses después, pero por supuesto nunca estará listo tu dispositivo.
Por si fuera poco, su servicio de atención al cliente es NEFASTO y POCO PROFESIONAL, de tantos números que te dan NUNCA contestan, así que la única forma de asegurarte de que tu equipo está o no listo es ir hasta la plaza donde se encuentran, haciéndote perder tiempo.
Por último, deberían trabajar más en la capacitación de su personal, porque además de ineptos son unos tipos apáticos, en especial la tipa de cabello corto que te atiende. Aunque sí me hicieron mi reembolso, ahora estoy preocupado por saber si me robaron algunas piezas.

Don't waste your time or money on this rat's nest. To begin with, they hook you by saying that they will have your equipment ready in a day, then they will continue to give you long and long to come back later, but of course your device will never be ready.
As if that were not enough, their customer service is NEFASTO and UNDER PROFESSIONAL, of so many numbers that they NEVER answer, so the only way to make sure that your team is ready or not is to go to the square where they are, Wasting your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le robaron partes originales a mi computadora, la dejaron peor de la que estaba. Poco cuidado y no te dan el reembolso completo cuando lo solicitas. Evítense la mala experiencia y el robo de dinero.
They stole original parts from my computer, they left it worse than it was. Little care and they don't give you a full refund when you request it. Avoid bad experience and money theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pese a haber visto tan malas opiniones, decidí ir por qué necesitaba un flexor de huella para mi celular. Pero solo perdí mi tiempo más de 3 semanas, nunca pudieron conseguirme la pieza y me traían vuelta y vuelta.
Sin duda un muy mal lugar para confiar a reparación de tu celular, sin mencionar la actitud súper apática del personal. En especial de la chica tatuada.
NO lo recomiendo para nada, les conviene buscar otro lugar.
Despite having seen such bad opinions, I decided to go because I needed a fingerprint flexor for my cell phone. But I only lost my time for more than 3 weeks, they could never get me the part and they would bring me back and forth.
Definitely a very bad place to trust your cell phone repair, not to mention the super apathetic attitude of the staff. Especially the tattooed girl.
I DO NOT recommend it at all, it is convenient for you to look for another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neta que todo los Comentarios tienen la razón, no es nada recomendable está sucursal, desconozco de las demás pero está de Ixtapaluca es ¡¡Pésima!!, en Septiembre lleve un mi lap con la pantalla rota, y me trajeron mes y medio que según no la conseguían , resultó que la tuve que conseguir yo por mi cuenta!! Te piden anticipo por desgracia yo tenia la urgencia de arreglarla lo más pronto posible y liquide todo el monto que me dijieron desde un principio ,según yo para que todo fuera rápido pero no fue así, solicite mi devolución por obvias razones que no cumplieron con mi necesidad de reparación y es fecha que no me han echo ninguna devolución de efectivo!!
Si se pudiera yo pondría -5 estrellas!! Enserio no malgasten su dinero y tiempo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estos tipos dan un mal servicio y nada profesional, les lleve un apple watch series 4 de 44mm, ya que le se le metió agua, me dijeron que en 3 días ya estaba resuelto. Fui para recogerlo y aun no lo tenían, me dijeron que regresara en un día, les marque y aveces contestaban y me decían que aun no estaba y otras, simplemente no contestaban.
Me daban largas, aveces me decían por teléfono que ya fuera por mi equipo, que ya estaba listo, y cuando llegaba decían lo contrario, que aún no estaba y así como por un mes.
Hasta que les pedí, que ya me lo entregaran. Ahora ya me lo dieron pero no prende (cuando yo se los lleve mínimo aparecía la manzana y un termómetro) ahora ni eso y creo que hasta le cambiaron el display, ya que el mío tenia una pequeña ralladura.
En fin, un pésimo servicio, tengan cuidado amigos.

They would give me long, sometimes they would tell me on the phone that it was for my team, that it was ready, and when I arrived they would say the opposite, that it was not there yet and for a month.
Until I asked them to deliver it to me. Now they gave it to me but it does not turn on (when I take them at least the apple and a thermometer appeared) now not even that and I think they even changed the display, since mine had a small scratch.
Anyway, a terrible service, be careful friends.

No arreglan ni celulares, ni computadoras, Laptops. NADA.
Te roban tus piezas originales, te dicen “que la arreglaron” cuando no. Aparte de todo, las personas NUNCA USAN CUBREBOCAS, la atención no es muy buena y solamente vas a perder dinero, tus piezas originales y tiempo.
Lousy, lousy, lousy.
They do not fix cell phones, computers, Laptops. ANY.
They steal your original parts, they tell you "they fixed it" when not. Besides everything, people NEVER USE MOUTH COVERS, the service is not very good and you are only going to lose money, your original parts and time.
