Me entregan el teléfono con el cambio de pantalla y al día siguiente tiene una grieta la que según él fue mi culpa porque así no salio cuando lo entregaron. No querían reconocer la garantia hasta que ( creo que si esposa ) acepto cubrir un 50 % de la garantía. Según él las empresas telefónicas hacen las pantallas así a propósito y que incluso tener el teléfono en un bolsillo o con una moneda se pueden romper. Solo razones absurdas. No los recomiendo , solo la señorita que atiende es educada .
An extremely arrogant man with glasses. They give me the phone with the change of screen and the next day it has a crack, which according to him was my fault because that was not how it came out when they delivered it. They didn't want to acknowledge the guarantee until (I think if wife) I agree to cover 50% of the guarantee. According to him, telephone companies make screens like this on purpose and that even having the phone in a pocket or with a coin can break. Just absurd reasons. I do not recommend them, only the lady who attends is polite.
