As they surely always have fights for not returning the cell phones or the money they charge in advance, what they do is rotate the employees they serve between the different modules, so there is no risk for them, but it is a fact that the employees know that the company engages in fraud. They take a fee. When you are pressing them they usually turn off the phone from the module or block you. Nor do they respond to you anymore in the complaints area and much less by email. DON'T take chances. It's best to have your phones repaired at a well-established shop.
