And when I got back I hadn't done anything on the phone! I kept trying to convince myself to pay him more ... I insisted that he give me the phone number and he told me that to give it to him I had to pay him the 700 pesos for the service, tired I told him that I was paying them so as not to see his face anymore (because He seemed so crafty, scammer, intractable and I was already tired of having gone several times without being able to solve the phone) ... finally he reluctantly armed the cell phone in 10 min.
