★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una hora para que recogiera mi teléfono y me lo tuvieron listo 3 horas despues. Les entregué un moto g6 plus con tapa de vidrio rota y me lo devolvieron con una tapa de plástico que a los dos días ya se rompio.
 They gave me an hour to pick up my phone and they had it ready for me 3 hours later. I gave them a moto g6 plus with a broken glass cover and they returned it to me with a plastic cover that was broken after two days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo para nada, llevamos un Apple Watch para cambio de pantalla, tardaron meses con él pero nunca lo arreglaron, decidimos que nos lo devolvieran y buscar otro lugar, fue un problema para que nos devolvieran el anticipo, justificándose en que no tenían dinero, tuvimos que ir varias veces porque nos los devolvieron en pagos ?
Atención al cliente pésima, uno de los chicos muy prepotente y grosero que en vez de dar soluciones solo crea conflictos.
Existen mejores lugares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona gordita que está ahí da mal trato, no sabe reparar , eso sí nada más está viendo a las señoras , cuando te toca que te atienda te hace esperar y siempre dice en 15 minutitos y está listo ,bueno estás ahí con el más de media hora y a la mera hora te dice dejemelo le prometo que al ratito se lo tengo y nada , haa y cuando llega una muchacha te deja de atender y la atiende y lo mismo la hace esperar , la verdad alas mujeres tengan mucho cuidado yo vi que es un acosador. Mucho ojo a mi me descompuso un celular tardo casi dos semanas y no arreglo nada ,. Mi comentario muyyy malo Y A LA EMPRESA COMO SE PUEDEN HACER LAS DENUNCIAS DEL MAL TRATO QUE DA SU EMPLEADO , NO NOS DEJEMOS DENUNCIEMOS NO SE QUEDEN CALLADOS O DEFINITIVAMENTE NO VAYAN NO COMETAN EL ERROR QUE COMETIMOS EN CAER CON ESTA PERDONA NEFASTA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En septiembre deje mi celular en la sucursal de torres lindavista y es día que no me lo han entregado mi folio es el 2778, intente comunicarme directamente al teléfono que vienen en la pagina de internet y nadie me contesta por lo que he estado mandando mensaje en fb para que me den razón de mi equipo pero su única respuesta hasta el momento es “agradecemos su paciencia, estamos solicitando información de su caso con el área correspondiente” y mi caso sigue sin solución, yo les recomiendo ahorrase problemas y mejor llevar su equipo a otro lado.
Y aparte de todo busque que me ayudaran en FB y ya me bloquearon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio hace una semana lleve mi celular iPhone para la reparación del ic touch pues resulta que me lo entrega y funcionaba al momento bien llego Ami casa y deja de funcionar e regrese 3 veces con el técnico y lo sigue dejando igual o peor de lo que estaba ya llevo una semana que marque a quejas y hasta ahorita no me han dado una respuesta pésimo servicio no hacen su trabajo bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un celular para cambiar la batería, dijeron que en unas horas estaría,sin embargo al final no lo entregaron, terminaron posponiendo la entrega hasta una semana después, y de ahí su atención fue malísima, teníamos que ir para saber cómo estaba el celular, al final tardaron un mes en entregar el celular y ni siquiera lo arreglaron solo nos dieron el dinero y el teléfono con el display dañado, siendo que estaba bien,solo necesitaba un cambio de pila.
Un muy mal servicio.
No saben trabajar, ya que solo nos daban pretextos tontos para posponer la entrega.

Son ineficientes y groseros.
