★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de verdad, son una bola de rateros ya me sacaron más de $7000 reparando mi computadora, llevan mas de 4 meses con ella y nada mas no esta lista. Primero la lleve y me dijeron que me la entregarían en 15 y cuando fui me dijeron que habían cambiado al personal y que mis equipos se habían perdido, me pidieron mandar un correo para poder recuperar mis equipos pero nunca me respondieron, después de 1 mes de eso me dijeron que ya los habían encontrado (había llevado dos computadoras) una de mis computadoras no me la repararon y sólo me vendieron otra, pero la que ellos tienen actualmente que no me han entregado es todo un problema, ya que solo me están saqué y saqué dinero diciéndome que me marcarán para decirme cuando esté lista y yo soy la que tiene que ir a la sucursal para preguntar porque ni me marcan ni me contestan y me la estregaron “reparada” pero no prendía entonces la lleve nuevamente y me dijeron que será más dinero cuando en realidad fue un error de ellos porque se supone que ya debería de prender.
De verdad se los digo no lleven sus equipos ahí porque se los pueden robar o solo sacarles dinero y nunca repararles nada.

I really tell you, do not take your equipment there because they can be stolen or just get money and never repair anything.

Llevé mi teléfono a reparar y me dijeron que era la pila y tenían que conseguir una nueva, me pidieron que dejara mi teléfono o un anticipo de 150 pesos, y que me marcarían cuando tuvieran la batería para ir a que me hagan mi cambio
Nunca me marcaron y fui a que me regresaran mi dinero, habían unas personas diferentes no nos regresaron nada y nos comunicaron con un supuesto "supervisor" y nos dijo que había un protocolo que seguir y que le marcara dentro de unos días para que me resuelvan, a la hora de marcarle resulta que me bloqueó y el número que es para quejas y sugerencias solo es una grabadora y nadie te atiende
Son unos ESTAFADORES de verdad no vengan a dejar su dinero aquí porque sólo les robarán
