very bad service they do not serve well nothing recommended

Terrible service, not recommended at all unfortunately I did not search for the place in google before, to see the comments before taking my phone to this place.

We delivered an IPad kit to be fixed in this Fix It module, and it's been more than a month that they haven't delivered the repaired kit to us. The kids who attend only respond with evasions and do not resolve. I write this as a warning so that other people do not fall into the hands of these guys.

In the end he told me that he was going to ask for the back cover of the phone but that he was going to discount the price, the truth is that it is not fair for me to pay after he had the error of not working correctly. Anyway, later I went to another technician because my cameras continued to show humidity, and as soon as I uncovered it he told me that it was indeed missing 2 screws, and they were just the two screws that I told the man. This service is not professional, it left the charging port a little out of place, without two screws, I do not put the thermal paste that it removed and I should not touch, the cover is broken, my frames are scratched, and the glue that it put was disgusting, it came off the sides. Really folks, you're sorry they're not professional at all, or they are but they don't like their job anymore, they messed up my gear and it was missing screws. They should close that store, I'd rather send my cell phone abroad to be repaired and lose it to see it this broken and with glue coming out of the frame. They charge and do not do it well.

Like any fraudulent company they receive you with a good service. Sorry I noticed it late. Like many, I brought my cell phone and paid because they charge you in advance. As they surely always have fights for not returning the cell phones or the money they charge in advance, what they do is rotate the employees they serve between the different modules, so there is no risk for them, but it is a fact that the employees know that the company engages in fraud. They take a fee. When you are pressing them they usually turn off the phone from the module or block you. Nor do they respond to you anymore in the complaints area and much less by email. DON'T take chances. It's best to have your phones repaired at a well-established shop. But beware, the employee knows how the trick is and who takes the phone from your hands, so he is the one who must pay, in case you already fell into the trap. Get abused!!
