Osea que te dejan sin celular hasta un mes. Simplemente si no vives cerca del negocio es todo un chasco, pues se llega la fecha de entrega y no te llaman como acordaron, asi se pasan los días y no importa las veces que llames para preguntar pues no contestan los números que vienen registrados en el tiket. Tienes que estar dando visitas al negocio solo para ser informado de que aún no está el equipo pero "seguro X día si" , lo cual tampoco vulven a cumplir. Irresponsables y poco profesionales. Nada recomendado. Terrible service. They put a delivery date which they do not respect, they are delayed for 15-22 more days from the date they had agreed. I mean they leave you without a cell phone for up to a month.
