Te dan un seguimiento en línea para que veas el status de tu equipo. Son confiables y me dieron 3 meses de garantía sobre el trabajo realizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ THIS BEFORE GOING THERE BECAUSE THEY'RE THIEVES! LADRONES! WHILE THE WERE SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRING MY MAC FOR A SPILL THEY TOOK TWO EXPENSIVE MAC COMPONENTS TO EXCHANGE THEM WITH SAMSUNG AND ANOTHER KOREAN BRAND. Needless to say, I'll be going through PROFECO for this. I'll be adding the pictures sometime soon...More than that, the worst service i ever had. The only tech thats working there is a young arrogant impulsive guy who thinks he can do everything at the same time. I left a computer to be repaired after a spill. During almost 2 months of calling and going there to know what was going on, the tech was absent from the shop and when he wasnt, he was trying hard to give me proofs that he was working. When i got tired of it, i asked for my computer back. It took 3 weeks of battling with them including having the tech litteraly scream at me on the phone so that they finally gave it to me thinking i mistrusted them. The truth is the tech never had the time to really get into it and couldn't admit it.

They fixed my laptop (which had suffered pretty serious water damage and needed parts replaced) in less than 2 days for a super reasonable price. They even took out my hard drive and demonstrated to me that it still worked and lent me something so that I could access my data from other computers. They speak Spanish and English. Can't recommend them enough.
