Cuando te entregan el equipo, te lo entregan dañado diciendo que no tienen conocimiento de que pasó, que así lo trajo uno de seguro.
Definitivamente, pésimo servicio, así se daña una marca.
Terrible service, they take 3 weeks to give you a quote.
When they give you the equipment, they give it to you damaged saying that they have no knowledge of what happened, that one of them brought it for sure.
Definitely lousy service, so a brand is damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO reparen con ellos. El PEOR servicio, mi refri entró hace semana y media por un servicio simple y no me lo han traído. Todos los días llamo y me dan largas. Ya hasta estoy pensando en reportarlos a PROFECO!
DO NOT repair with them. WORST service, my fridge came in a week and a half ago for a simple service and they did not bring it to me. Every day I call and they give me long. I'm even thinking about reporting them to PROFECO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, dejas la televisión y según te van a llamar una vez que hagan el "diagnóstico" bueno aquí espere 1 mes por el diagnóstico nunca llamaron, llevo 3 días llamando y el teléfono lo tienen de adornó porque jamás contestan.
Terrible service, you leave the television and as they are going to call you once they make the "diagnosis" well here wait 1 month for the diagnosis they never called, I have been calling for 3 days and the phone has been decorated because they never answer.
