★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, resolvieron mi problema, pero al entregar mis equipos me dejaron 2 laptops con multiples fallas que no se presentaban antes, retiraron mi hoja de garantía, y tardaron más de 3 meses en entregar, también estrellaron una de mis pantallas, esperaba un servicio más profesional... sobretodo porque no fue barato y fueron recomendados. Al final tuve que optar por comprar un equipo nuevo en otro lugar. Les recomiendo dar una resvisada a sus controles de calidad y diagnóstico.
Good attention, they solved my problem, but when they delivered my equipment they left me 2 laptops with multiple faults that had not appeared before, they withdrew my warranty sheet, and it took more than 3 months to deliver, they also crashed one of my screens, I was waiting for a service more professional...especially because it wasn't cheap and they were recommended. In the end I had to opt to buy new equipment elsewhere. I recommend you give your quality and diagnostic controls a review.
