★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR!!! En lugar de reparar sólo te lo descomponen más. Me "atendió" Mauricio Trujillo, y abrió mi disco duro en el mostrador sin preguntarme. Eso no se hace ahí pues puede averiarlo más!
No sabe de computadoras.
No contestan sus teléfonos para quejas.
 DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Instead of repairing they just break it down more. Mauricio Trujillo "attended" me, and opened my hard drive on the counter without asking me. That is not done there because it can damage it more!
He does not know about computers.
They don't answer their phones for complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros, cobraron carísimo, tardaron muchísimo, no compusieron correctamente mi Mac, solo soldaron en vez de cambiar piezas dañadas, tanto el día que fui a dejarla como los días que fui a recoger mi equipo (fui varias veces porque siempre me quedaron mal) había gente enojada y quejándose, quise creer que eran los clientes los del problema. Terrible NO VAYAN!!!
They are thieves, they charged very expensive, they took a long time, they did not fix my Mac correctly, they only soldered instead of changing damaged parts, both the day I went to drop it off and the days I went to pick up my equipment (I went several times because they always looked bad ) there were people angry and complaining, I wanted to believe that the customers were the ones with the problem. Terrible DO NOT GO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, fui a preguntar por una batería para una laptop y solo me decían que me lo iban a mandar por Whatsapp y nunca me mandaron nada, estaba a punto de llevar otra computadora a reparar pero gracias a los demás comentarios me doy cuenta que son unos estafadores

Tuve que ir a Mobile Tech Condesa y ahí me arreglaron mi cel en 1 hora..
No pierdan el tiempo con estos de Fixit
I went for a quote and they never spoke to me. They do not answer the phone or give reports.
I had to go to Mobile Tech Condesa and they fixed my cell phone there in 1 hour.
Don't waste your time with these from Fixit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested to call me first before proceeding with the repair of my 2017 iPad. Never called and they proceeded to repair. I was presented with a bill instead which I don't feel is a fair price. Worst of all they do not accept cards. Had to find an ATM which charged me to withdraw money. In short, will not come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the location is good but the service is not. My phone screen was broken, they offered me a service they couldn't do. My phone was useless for days and the glue they used was pouring out from inside my phone.
I went like 5 times to the store and at the end I just took my phone because I was going out of the country. It took forever and they never fixed it.
Moreover the broke pixels on my screen. It was worse than before. I couldn't make phonecalls for weeks because the speaker got glue in.
I took it to another place and they fix it and it was cheaper. They think because they are in the area of Polanco they can charge more.
