★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visité ayer y me dijeron que instalara software en su teléfono y tomaron 400 pesos y no instalaron el software y solo usaron la opción en el teléfono y me dijeron que estaba arreglado y cuando volví a casa el teléfono no funcionaba nuevamente, solo robaron tu dinero Solicito a esta empresa que tome medidas, pero esto para que estos trabajadores arruinen su reputación gracias por robarme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio te dan un monto y te entregan el equipo supuestamente arreglado y después me sacaron 500 que por Face ID que ya no funcionaba y después 400 mas que porque el flex de volumen se daño … y cuando exprese mi inconformidad por qué me sentí robado y engañado … se molesta el chico … le dije qué pasó arreglas una cosa para descomponer otra ?? Y me contesto …. Así pasa …. No lo recomiendo …. Aaaa por cierto no me dieron nota de los montos adicionales, solo la nota de la reparación.

Aguas, mejor vayan a otro lugar.
O si van, vayan acompañados por alguien de la PROFECO.

Llevé mi laptop para que le pegaran una pieza, por lo que me dieron una nota de $500 (sólo por poner pegamento) el precio es una exageración pero dije ok, luego me llamaron para decirme que aún no estaba lista y que fuera al día siguiente. Cuando pasé por mi laptop me la entregaron sin mostrarme que ya estaba pegada la pieza, así que decidí revisar la tapa y me di cuenta de que NO ESTABA PEGADA, se lo comenté e hizo la cara de sorpresa más fingida que he visto ? y me dijo que se la dejara de nuevo PAGADA y que la tenía al día siguiente, comentándome soluciones que no tenían sentido. Por supuesto le dije que cómo iba a pagar por algo que no está hecho y siguió intentándome convencer dándole vueltas al asunto. En fin, tomé mi laptop y me fui.
Es decepcionante que contraten a gente con tan poca capacidad, ademas de mañosa y arrogante.
Terrible service. I took my laptop to get a piece glued on it so they gave me a $500 note (just for gluing) the price is over the top but I said ok then they called to say it wasn't ready yet and to come the next day . When I went by my laptop, they gave it to me without showing me that the piece was already attached, so I decided to check the cover and realized that it WAS NOT ATTACHED, I told him about it and he made the most fake surprised face I've ever seen ? and he He told me to leave it again PAID and that he had it the next day, telling me about solutions that didn't make sense. Of course I told him how he was going to pay for something that isn't done and he kept trying to convince me by thinking about it. Anyway, I took my laptop and left.
It is disappointing that they hire people with such little ability, as well as crafty and arrogant.

ME LO ENTREGARON SIN FUNCIONAR EL MICROFONO Y LO LLEVE NUEVAMENTE PORQUE ME DIJERON QUE TENIA GARANTIA POR 3 MESES. ME REPARARON EL MICROFONO, SIN EMBARGO, ME COBRARON NUEVAMENTE. AHORA, EL CELULAR QUEDO SIN SEÑAL. DICEN QUE ABREN A LAS 09:30, PERO SOLO ESTA UN MUCHACHO PARA INFORMES Y QUIEN HACE LAS REPARACIONES LLEGA DESPUES DE MEDIO DIA. ADEMAS, NO DAN RECIBO NI COMPROBANTE. CALIFICACION: CERO.
AWFUL SERVICE, VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE WARRANTY. I TOOK IT TO REPAIR LOAD CENTER. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHANGE A PART, BUT THEY JUST WELDED IT. THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME WITHOUT THE MICROPHONE WORKING AND I TOOK IT AGAIN BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME IT HAD A 3-MONTH WARRANTY. THEY REPAIRED MY MICROPHONE, HOWEVER, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. NOW, THE CELL PHONE IS NO SIGNAL. THEY SAY THAT THEY OPEN AT 09:30, BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE GUY FOR REPORTS AND THE ONE WHO DOES THE REPAIRS COMES AFTER HALF DAY. ALSO, THEY DO NOT GIVE A RECEIPT OR PROOF. RATING: ZERO.

Hello, do not take your equipment to this place, one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. They stay with your equipment, a month goes by they don't fix it and they give you a long time to deliver it to you. In the end you end up worse than how you started. THEY ARE AWESOME IN THE SOLUTION!!!
