Resultó ser una reparación menor pero pudieron haberme dicho que era algo más complicado y cobrarme más. Me entregaron mi vehículo en menos de 15 minutos . Me cobraron solo la revisión . Honestos , rápidos y excelente servicio.
Excellent service . I brought a Q5 that I just bought and did not know. They diagnosed the fault, fixed it. It turned out to be a minor repair but they could have told me it was a bit more complicated and charge me more. They delivered my vehicle to me in less than 15 minutes. They charged me only for the review. Honest, fast and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevé mi coche un lunes a la 1:30pm y me dijeron que me mandarían un diagnóstico y presupuesto a las 4:30 y no lo hicieron ni ese día, ni los 3 días subsecuentes. La respuesta cada día era la misma: "Estamos esperando que revisen el sistema de aire acondicionado para terminar el diagnóstico"... Hoy jueves (a las 4:30) fui al taller para llevarme el vehículo y me querían cobrar un trabajo que se supone habían hecho (obviamente sin haberme pedido autorización para realizarlo)...
Para no hacer el cuento más largo, finalmente me entregaron mi vehículo, pero ahora el aire acondicionado estaba peor que cuando lo metí y no por el problema original. Aparentemente durante las revisiones le sacaron el gas.
Me explicaron que desde que lo llevé tenía una fuga y CASUALMENTE en los días que el coche estuvo en el taller, el gas se terminó (mi aire acondicionado había estado enfriando de la misma manera durante el último año).
En fin, le volvieron a echar gas y salí de ahí pensado en nunca regresar
Terrible service. I took my car on a Monday at 1:30 pm and they told me that they would send me a diagnosis and estimate at 4:30 and they did not do it that day, nor the following 3 days. The answer every day was the same: "We are waiting for them to check the air conditioning system to finish the diagnosis"... Today Thursday (at 4:30) I went to the workshop to take the vehicle and they wanted to charge me for a job that was supposed they had done (obviously without having asked me for permission to do so)...
To cut a long story short, my vehicle was finally delivered, but now the AC was worse than when I put it in and not because of the original problem. Apparently during the revisions they removed the gas.
They explained to me that since I took it in it had a leak and COINCIDENTLY in the days that the car was in the shop, the gas ran out (my air conditioning had been cooling in the same way for the last year).
Anyway, they gassed it again and I left there thinking of never coming back.
