★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, jamás vayan, hace 3 años fui el enlace de mi grupo de la carrera para que ellos nos hicieran el paquete de foto de la graduación, al principio muy amables y nos convencieron por lo que nos ofrecían y que era un lugar establecido, se realizaron los pagos por completo pero cuando era la hora de entregarnos los paquetes de con costo de 1800 por alumno, estos nos hacían dar vueltas y vueltas, la peor parte fui yo que jamás me entregaron nada, y no es solo el dinero que se perdió, sino que los momentos de la graduación, los compañeros y todos aquellos momentos que queríamos se perdieron, está persona siempre dice que ya tiene tu paquete y cuando vas dice que su proveedor no llego y así me trajo por todo ese tiempo, tuve que iniciar un proceso penal por qué me parece muy injusto que sigan engañando a la gente de esa manera, si buscan el Google verán que no somos el único caso

Me tomaron la foto de generación a finales de Noviembre 2019 y hasta la fecha de hoy NO HAN ENTREGADO NADA. El contrato decía que nos entregaban en Enero, la fotógrafa dijo que según se atrasó material y entregaba en Febrero. Tampoco entregó en Febrero, y a finales de Febrero tuve que ir personalmente hasta el estudio porque no contestan mensajes ni llamadas, según entregaba el 15 de Marzo pero se vino la cuarentena. Ahora está usando la pandemia y el covid como excusa, estamos a dos meses de hacer el año de la foto y no se vale que use la pandemia como una excusa más.

The contract said that they delivered us in January, the photographer said that according to material was delayed and delivered in February. He also did not deliver in February, and at the end of February I had to go personally to the studio because they do not answer messages or calls, as he delivered on March 15 but the quarantine came. Now he is using the pandemic and the covid as an excuse, we are two months away from making the year of the photo and it is not worth using the pandemic as another excuse.

Llevamos desde marzo de 2019 esperando que se nos entregue un paquete de fotos de graduación de la escuela Simon Bolívar y la Sra con que hicimos el contrato solo dice que el proveedor no ha llegado con el material para terminar y así da largas y ahora ya ni siquiera contesta. De verdad, no se acerquen a este tipo de establecimientos, debería PROFECO clausurarlo, pues ya tiene varias quejas similares
Terrible service !!!!
