★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero las cosa buenas: el lugar esta muy limpio, iluminado, el personal de recepción muy jovial y amable, la encargada de masajes muy amable y buena presentación. Lo malo: cuando están dando el masaje, la chica sale a atender llamadas o con una mano da el masaje y con la otra contesta mensajes, podría concentrarse al cien por ciento cuando esta con un cliente ...ah y por último estando en plena sesión entrar otros empleados a despedirse de la masajista.
He ido en dos ocasiones y en las dos me ha pasado igual.

Quiero felicitar a Fiziotec por escuchar objetivamente las opiniones de los clientes y acercarse a ellos para resolver la situación. Se comunicaron conmigo para explicarme que fue lo que pasó, aclarar la situación, se disculparon por lo sucedido.
El servicio recibido fue excelente.
First the good things: the place is very clean, bright, the reception staff very jovial and friendly, the massage manager very friendly and good presentation. The bad: when they are giving the massage, the girl goes out to answer calls or with one hand gives the massage and with the other answers messages, she could concentrate one hundred percent when she is with a client ... oh and finally being in full swing session enter other employees to say goodbye to the masseuse.
I've been there twice and the same thing happened to me both times.

I want to congratulate Fiziotec for objectively listening to customer opinions and approaching them to resolve the situation. They contacted me to explain what happened, clarify the situation, and apologize for what happened.
The service received was excellent.
