★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que se podría mejorar es el jabón del baño, ya que el liquido no rinde y dejar el menú en habitación ya qué no se pudo ordenar algo; de lo demás no hay ninguna queja.

el domingo entre con mi pareja porque queríamos maratonear algo de star wars, preguntamos si tenían smartv y dijeron que si, entramos, la tele no tenía disney y no se pudo instalar, bajamos para decirles que no nos quedaríamos, estuvimos 5 minutos y no nos reembolsaron los 400 pesos que cobran.
la encargada una señora ya mayor super prepotente grosera, nos cuestionó que que íbamos a hacer, que a poco creía que íbamos a ver la tele? que le importa!! no dudo que hasta haya cámaras adentro... nos dijo estafadores... no no no, olvídenlo esta horrible el lugar y el trato nefasto!!!!

on sunday i came in with my partner because we wanted to marathon some star wars, we asked if they had smartv and they said yes, we went in, the tv didn't have disney and it couldn't be installed, we went downstairs to tell them we wouldn't stay, we stayed 5 minutes and they didn't let us They reimbursed the 400 pesos they charge.
The manager, an elderly lady, super arrogant and rude, asked us what we were going to do, that she thought we were going to watch TV? who cares!! I don't doubt that there are even cameras inside... he told us scammers... no no no, forget it, the place is horrible and the treatment is disastrous!!!!
