Contestan el teléfono de forma prepotente, no tienen la experiencia necesaria para atender a los clientes, y la poca consideración al diálogo, se ofenden por hacer una simple pregunta y te cuelgan el teléfono. Deben de escoger mejor a sus empleados.
 Terrible service.
They answer the phone in an arrogant way, they do not have the necessary experience to serve customers, and the little consideration for dialogue, they get offended by asking a simple question and hang up the phone. They must choose their employees better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El conductor de la camioneta 1129, sin EDUCACION, puso en peligro la vida de muchos pequeños al no permitir al autobús circular. Deberían contratar personal más consciente de lo que maneja, del peligro que representa. No más Flama Gas.
The driver of truck 1129, without EDUCATION, endangered the lives of many children by not allowing the bus to circulate. They should hire staff more aware of what they handle, the danger that represents. No more Flama Gas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no recomiendo el servicio, se quejan de todo, que si uno no paga con cambio, que si no les dan para el refresco y además hacen su trabajo de mala gana (al menos las personas que surten en mi zona)
The truth is I don't recommend the service, they complain about everything, that if you don't pay with change, that if you don't give them for the soda and they also do their job reluctantly (at least the people who fill in my area)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a clientes es muy malo. Contestan la llamada de mala manera e interrumpiendo, no terminas de decirles algo cuando te transfieren a otra persona que hace lo mismo. Les pides el recibo y se molestan. Tuve que marcar varias veces para que mandarán el recibo por email que no habían enviado y se aproximaba la fecha límite de pago.
Customer service is very bad. They answer the call in a bad way and interrupting, you do not finish saying something to them when they transfer you to another person who does the same. You ask them for the receipt and they get upset. I had to mark several times so that they would send the receipt by email that they had not sent and the payment deadline was approaching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que irresponsabilidad del conductor FUMAR dentro del camión que transporta el gas. Luego porqué suceden los accidentes, muy mal por parte de la empresa que no verifique y tengan supervisiones constantes, además de NO capacitar al personal con medidas de seguridad ??
What irresponsibility of the driver to SMOKE inside the truck that transports the gas. Then why do accidents happen, very bad on the part of the company that does not verify and have constant supervision, in addition to NOT training staff with safety measures ??
