★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta rico y todo, son amables pero a cambiado el sabor de las hamburguesas, hace un año estaban buenas, ahora 9 de mayo de 2022 no es lo mismo, es comestible pero el sabor ya no es lo mismo, solamente a las hamburguesas grandes les echan la lechuga, jitomate y cebolla, a las chicas no, el sabor del queso cambio, sabe a queso que consigues en el Chedraui:(
 It's delicious and everything, they're friendly but the flavor of the hamburgers has changed, a year ago they were good, now May 9, 2022 it's not the same, it's edible but the flavor is no longer the same, only the big hamburgers like it. they put the lettuce, tomato and onion, not the girls, the taste of the cheese changed, it tastes like the cheese you get at Chedraui:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi visita ordené una hamburguesa con queso y unos boneless, todo estaba bien a excepción del pollo, puesto que se sentía seco y recocido (probablemente porque ya estaba cocido y lo volvieron a calentar).
On my visit I ordered a cheeseburger and some boneless, everything was good except for the chicken as it felt dry and overcooked (probably because it was already cooked and they reheated it).

pero tengan cuidado porque ellos agregan la preguntar sin preguntar previamente, y considero que es una mala practica para un negocio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, es un lugar muy tranquilo para ir a pasar el rato, te atendiendo bien, el lugar es muy cómodo, agradable, tienen variedad de comida y bebidas, muy limpio el lugar. Aceptan pago con tarjeta, tienen varias promociones en la semana y combos a precios accesibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida decente, el mesero espectacular sin embargo llegue 6:30, se supone que cierran a las 8 pero para las 7 me dijo que se cerraría cocina, 5 min después desconectan la señal de solo las televisiones que “daban” a mi mesa y para las 7:15 me llevan la cuenta. Si tanto les urge cerrar modifiquen su horario para que puedan limpiar a gusto. De por si es caro… ahhh y las alitas súper secas.
The food was decent, the waiter was spectacular, however, he arrived at 6:30, they were supposed to close at 8 but at 7 he told me that the kitchen would be closed, 5 minutes later they disconnected the signal from only the televisions that "faced" my table and by 7:15 they take me the bill. If you need to close so much, modify your schedule so you can clean at ease. It's expensive in itself... ahhh and the wings are super dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia de servicio. En el menú no dice que agregan los adicionales. Te cobran la salsa y tortillas aparte. La segunda salsa rebajada y en cada ronda de tortillas solo dan 5-6 tortillas.
Relación precio calidad no vale la pena.
Trato en general del personal malo también.
Bad service experience. In the menu it does not say that they add the extras. They charge you the salsa and tortillas separately. The second sauce lowered and in each round of tortillas they only give 5-6 tortillas.
Price-quality ratio is not worth it.
Treatment in general of bad staff as well.
