★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting to explore. Many cheap souvenir shops, lots of eager merchants. There were not many shoppers there when we visited, so we got the full brunt of merchant attention. Worth a visit for a change of scene.

From the typical stuff like keychains, magnets, and cups to items that are more unique to Mexico, like masks, dishes, and stone figurines. You can barter for a better price in most stores as they are privately owned. There's also a steakhouse on one end if you get hungry. It's worth a visit if you are nearby.
