Ann Lu must have the wrong place. This Flamingos beach and golf is a privately full ownership condo complex. If someone is trying to sell you a timeshare for this place it a scam. Please let us know which unit and we’ll notify the HOA association.

This place is super nice to have a good time with your family. Great food and great service. I'll get back for sure.

The sales practice is awful. Very forceful and high pressure to get you purchase time share. The moment we land in Puerto Vallarta, everyone is trying to get us to go for the "presentation". Wasted time. They come after you by multiple sources - car rental shop, so called tour guide, basically everyone is on their payroll and you are the one is being forced into get a timeshare (even though they call it a membership). Coming from sales background, this is the most awful practice I have ever witnessed. ***DON'T BE FOOLED***

Cool place to stay for a week. It has parking lot, safe entrance, sea and pool views, jacuzzi, bar, beach with beach chairs and it's very clean.

Awesome property! Big pools, nice restaurant, private beach, gym, minigolf and more. Friendly staff, security and neighbors. Size and quality of apartments may vary. Rented an airbnb here, it was nice.

Nice condo complex on the ocean. Amenities include two swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, mini golf and a soccer pitch. There is an open air restaurant between the pools. The stretch of beach is amazing if you are a beach walker especially during low tide as the water pulls out about 100 feet and you can walk for hours in either direction.

Great place to stay, where you find relaxation across the many areas, lobby invites you to stay..., patios and gardens are there to see the beautiful designs and colors of so many exotic plants blooming like the Hawaiian ginger fuchsia brilliant intense beauty of flower, spa to enjoy a good massage and hydro bath and the staff that pampers you with attention to details...not to forget the staff in the estancia store great young people that helps you to find what you really need...And the best bakery I had ever found cakes are deliciosos, I had to order a bigger cake than what they offered and Nadia went ahead and made it possible, the cake ended in Sayulita for my sons wedding success every one loved it.....yes I am the one that my Nephew JACOBO ALONSO opera aficionado sang and my nice playing the piano, and the great resonance under one of the cupolas on the lobby where you could heard the solo and music ... It was a great pleasure to share them with the busy lobby then...in a holiday not just vacations, I found myself so happy and satisfy with the place I choose to stay, and inviting beautiful beaches from my dearest country Mexico, MEXICO I LOVE YOU and thank to all of you in FLAMINGOS RESORT, you are great people. Great spot for a relaxed holiday. Beach access, great pool and amenities such as minigolf, tenis and gym. All well taken care of. The food in the palapa was far from good though, despite the many good reviews, very average.
